"Tart cheese souffle"

INGREDIENTS: (for 4 persons)
1 pasta brisé
3 eggs
20 cl of milk
20 cl of sour cream
100 gr. of smoked caciocavallo
150 gr. of flakes groviera

PREPARATION: Preheat oven 200°. Roll out the dough BrisŤ, putting within a mold for tart, and do the holes with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, separate the egg whites from the egg yellow and mixes them together with 20 cl of milk and 20 cl of sour cream. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and join the two compounds together. Cut the caciocavallo and flaked groviera and then put in the bottom of pre-cooked pasta, then pour the mixture. Bake at 180° for 30/35 minutes. serve the cake hot with a green salad.
