"Cannelloni with tomini"

INGREDIENTS: (for 4 persons)
400 gr of fresh lasagne
200 gr of fresh tomini
50 ml of milk
150 gr of corn
40 gr of arugula
2 tomatoes
1 sprig of basil
60 gr of grated grana
60 ml of oil
30 gr of butter

PREPARATION: Clean the basil and tomatoes, then free them from the vegetation water and seeds, chop one and cut into cubes another. In a bowl work the with corn and milk(keeping a little aside), add the grana and the chopped tomato, salt, pepper, chopped basil and a tablespoon of oil.
In another bowl mix the remaining corn and tomatoes into cubes, add 40 ml of oil (4 tablespoons), salt and some chopped basil, cover with film and keep refrigerated until time to bring on the table. Bring to boil 3 liters of water with salt and a tablespoon of olive oil, cooked the pasta for 3 minutes and a little at a time (otherwise they stick together), then let them dry on a kitchen towel without overlapping.
Turn on the grill. Divide the filling on the sheets of pasta and formed the cannelloni closing them to triangle, put them in a buttered pan and sprinkle with the grana cheese and butter in flakes. Bake for 10 minutes, then serve accompanied by marinated with tomatoes, corn and basil.
