"Pasta with ricotta cheese and walnuts"

INGREDIENTS: (for 2 persons)
30 g of shelled walnuts
100 g of ricotta
20 g of butter
160 g of pasta
pepper

PREPARATION: Put the walnuts in mixer and chop them coarsely. Combine the ricotta and continue to chop until a creamy composed.
In non-stick skillet Melt the butter, then incorporate the cream of ricotta and walnuts, maintaining a low heat. Turn off just well mixed.
Boil the pasta in salted water and, just before drain it, add half ladle of cooking water in pan, seasoning, then turn on the fire.
Skip the pasta drained to flame lively in the frying pan of seasoning for some minutes, turning often.
Serve immediately sprinkled with a generous grated pepper.
