"Sweet cake of primo sale and ricotta"

INGREDIENTS: (for 8 persons)
1/2 Kg of sheep's milk ricotta
5 eggs
150 gr. of grated primo sale
100 gr. of breadcrumbs
150 gr. of sugar
100 gr. of bitter chocolate
A glass of milk
1 teaspoon full of ground cinnamon
40 leaves of nipitella
10 nuts

PREPARATION: Mix the breadcrumbs with milk. Add sugar and beaten eggs to mix well with wooden spoon. Spread the ricotta on a plate and press it with a fork. Add them to the mixture along with cinnamon, nipitella, nuts and chocolate into small pieces. Work the mixture well. Pour into a greased baking tray and bake at 180 degrees in preheated oven completely. Is ready in 20 minutes. Let cool and if you like, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
