The fresh cow's Ricotta cheese, is made only with Sicilian milk.

The ricotta cheese is a traditional sicilian product. It's made by heating the whey, from the production of cheese, and adding milk. Often, In the sicilian tradition, the ricotta cheese was eaten with the liquid from his production (scotta) and bread directly from farm. This tipical food is called "zabbina".

It is packaged in special plastic cylinder containers for food.
