The smoked pagnotta, is a soft cow cheese, and it has a taste like the provolone, but softer and less spicy taste. This cheese is obtained by a natural smoking process.
In our online shop, it's possible to buy in white version, without natural smoke.
It is packaged in vacuum plastic bags for food.
