Tenero belmontese, is made only with Sicilian milk.
The Tenero Belmontese, is our new cheese studied to the mosto demanding palates, who are always looking for new tastes. Born from the skilful hands of our cheesemaker, it has be able to find the perfect balance between sweete taste and delicate taste. The tenero belmontese is a soft cheese, almost spreadable, covered with moldy food, which in addition to enhance the taste, it protects it from the formation of other unwanted molds.
It is packaged in papaer for food.
