Cow's Mozzarella 100g, is made only with Sicilian milk.
The mozzarella, is one of the symbols of Italian gastronomy. His light and soft taste is due to the milk processing, still partly present in the mozzarella. The mozzarella is perfect for kitchen use, for example for prepare pizza and calzoni, but also with salad, or with extravirgin olive oil and oregano (caprese).
