The sheep's Primo sale cheese, is made only with Sicilian milk.
The Primo sale cheese with pepper is a fresh cheese, it's a traditional sicilian product. It's flavored with peppercorsn and it's made from the processing of sheep's milk. In the first process, this cheese, is named "tuma", and only in the second step it's possible to add salt on it. The salt is added manually, covering and rubbing the cheese with it, or by immersion in water and salt.
It is packaged in plastic vacuum bags for food.
