"Caciocavallo all'argentiera"

INGREDIENTS: (for 4 persons)
400 gr. of fresh caciocavallo
2 cloves of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil
Oregano
Vinegar
Salt
Pepper

PREPARATION: To brown the garlic in a pan, cut the caciocavallo into slices and brown for 3 minutes. Remove the garlic and add a full tablespoon of vinegar. Evaporate and sprinkle with oregano. Cover the pan with a lid and cook for another 3 minutes. Serve hot.
